This package ships the public header vnet_ctrl_ifc.h under /opt/mellanox/virtio-net-devel/include and the pkg-config descriptor (libvnet_ctrl.pc) at the standard /usr/lib//pkgconfig path -- with prefix=/opt/mellanox/virtio-net-devel inside -- so consumers can resolve the library with "pkg-config libvnet_ctrl" out of the box. The libvnet_ctrl shared library itself (libvnet_ctrl.so* under /opt/mellanox/virtio-net-devel/lib) ships in the virtio-net-controller runtime package, which this package depends on.
